Junior Crew

Our Junior Crew program invites youth aged 13–18, to learn to row in Seattle. We have programs for first-time rowers to those aiming for collegiate competition. All of our learn to row programs are specifically designed for youth with no rowing experience. Guided by expert coaches, participants engage in structured training within a dynamic, team-oriented environment, building confidence, resilience, and lasting friendships across diverse communities. We emphasize a supportive culture where athletes develop leadership, discipline, and perseverance through year-round training, including winter conditioning and competitive spring and fall racing seasons.
