Mt. Baker
Junior Crew
Our Junior Crew program invites young athletes aged 13–18, from first-time rowers to those aiming for collegiate competition. Guided by expert coaches, participants engage in structured training within a dynamic, team-oriented environment, building confidence, resilience, and lasting friendships across diverse communities. We emphasize a supportive culture where athletes develop leadership, discipline, and perseverance through year-round training, including winter conditioning and competitive fall and summer racing seasons.
