Our rental space offers a stunning venue on Lake Washington in Seattle’s Mount Baker neighborhood. Located in scenic Stan Sayres Park, it provides a natural, picturesque setting for weddings, corporate, nonprofit, and social events.

The contemporary upper-floor space features reclaimed hardwood finishes, a gas fireplace, and vintage wooden racing shell, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Two balconies offer sweeping views of Lake Washington and the Cascades.

The venue includes tables, chairs, and a multimedia system for presentations or slideshows, plus a spacious kitchen for self-service or catered events. With an open catering policy, you can choose the food and beverage service that best fits your style and budget.
