SafeSport Misconduct Reporting
Mt. Baker Rowing and Sailing Center is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all athletes, coaches, and community members. We prioritize the physical and emotional well-being of our participants and take all reports of misconduct seriously.
What is SafeSport?
SafeSport focuses on preventing and addressing all forms of misconduct in sports, including:
- Bullying
- Harassment
- Hazing
- Emotional misconduct
- Physical misconduct
- Sexual misconduct
We encourage anyone who witnesses or experiences misconduct to speak up.
How to Report Misconduct
If you have concerns or wish to report a SafeSport violation, please use our SafeSport Misconduct Reporting Form linked below. Your report can remain confidential, and all submissions will be reviewed promptly and handled with sensitivity and care.
