Mount Baker Rowing and Sailing Center (MBRSC) has an exciting opportunity for a coach to join our  Youth Sailing program.  As a Seattle Parks and Recreation facility, Mount Baker enjoys state of the art facilities which include indoor storage for our entire fleet of Optimist, Laser, FJ, and 420 sailboats, locker room and shower facilities, numerous instructional spaces with AV capabilities, and exercise space with aerobic and weight equipment.  The Mount Baker Youth Sailing Team is comprised beginner, intermediate and advanced sailors age 8-18.

Mount Baker Rowing and Sailing is seeking sailing and windsurfing instructors for 2024.  Sailing courses run from April through September, windsurfing runs June through September.  Adult classes are either weekday evenings or weekend afternoons.  Youth camps are also available during the summer during the morning and afternoon.  Pay rate is $20 – $22.60/hour, commensurate with experience.

Mount Baker Rowing and Sailing is seeking energetic coaches to teach Learn to Row classes for 2024.  Mount Baker offers early morning, mid-morning, and evening courses through Spring.  Come join our experienced team of coaches.   Pay rate is $20 – $22.60/hour, commensurate with experience.
