Health & Fitness – JUL (12+)

Ages 12 and Older (Youth ages 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult participating in class.) No boating experience necessary. This conditioning course will develop your fitness by using free weights, physio-balls, rowing machines, and some yoga. Increase your stamina, strengthen your core, tone your muscles, and increase your flexibility. Each class is one hour, twice a week.
